How can I buy from the website?
If you wish to buy a product from this site, simply select the product you wish to buy and add it to your shopping cart, by clicking the add box and the quantity you require.

This will put your purchase into a shopping trolley. You can keep adding items to the trolley or just stop with the products you have chosen at any time.

When you have finished shopping proceed to checkout, by clicking on the checkout sign.

You will then be required to enter the details as requested on the check out form to complete your order.

Please ensure before you complete your purchase that you have first read our terms and conditions that apply to any purchase. Check all details, including the item, quantity and address you want products sent to.

To prevent fraudulent transactions we will only deliver to the cardholders billing address, and our payment system will verify all details before goods are dispatched.

Is it safe and secure to buy products from the VibraFun products website?
We know Security and Confidentiality is a concern for online shoppers and so offer a system that provides the latest, up to date security measures. We offer a full guarantee, that at all times we protect the customer’s transaction details.

This means that all credit card payment details when you buy online are encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption. When your information which includes your card number and name and address is taken it’s then converted and scrambled into code that is impossible to be read by any third party while in transit to our server.

What payment methods can I use?
To make a purchase online you will have to pay using a credit or debit card.

What Company name will appear on my statement?
Your credit card will show a charge to Jelmar Enterprises to ensure discretion on your purchase. Please do remember this when you receive your credit or debit card statement.

How will I know my order has been processed successfully?
Upon completion of purchase and transaction you will be automatically emailed a receipt of order and an order reference that should be used with any future correspondence in relation to your purchase.

What if my product is out of stock?
If you place an order and the product you require is not in stock, we will notify you of this immediately giving you 2 options:

1: You can wait for the new stock to arrive to complete your purchase.

2: You can cancel your order.

Should you choose to wait, you retain the right to cancel your order at any time. No charge will be made to your preferred payment method until such time as goods are dispatched to you.

How will my purchase be packaged?
All Vibrafun products are packaged in plain discreet packaging giving no indication as to its contents.

Also the return mail address will bear no relevance to the nature of the goods inside the package.

How soon will you send my purchase?
Any order completed by 2-30pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that day.

Orders placed after 2-30pm will be sent on the next working day.

Orders placed on Bank Holiday or Weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

How long will it take to Arrive?
All UK recorded deliveries will usually be with you in around 1-3 working Days.

Some UK destinations (offshore Islands) can take up to 1-5 working days.

All goods delivered to European destinations will take 5-7 working days.

Delivery to all other world destinations will take 7-10 working days depending on destination.

Can I get my purchase delivered quicker?
If you wish to receive your goods sooner, we can send your items via Royal Mail Express next day delivery service at a cost of £5-00.This guarantees delivery to UK mainland addresses by 1pm the next working day.

For all other destinations, you will need to contact us for information regarding a quicker delivery.

Who will deliver it and what will it cost?
These prices are based on you purchasing one product. If you purchase 2 items you will be charged £3.80.

If you buy 3 items we will deliver a single rate cost subject to destination.

We will send all UK deliveries by Royal Mail first class recorded post and the costs are as follows:

Deliveries to UK addresses which covers England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man --- £1.95

Deliveries to all European Destinations will cost £5.20

Deliveries to all other World destinations will be sent by Airsure at a cost of £7.20

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, Please note that all products dispatched for delivery by VibraFun products will have to be signed for.

What if i am not home when they try to deliver?
If you are not in when your postman calls don’t worry as they will leave you notification, by way of a card indicating their attempt to deliver your parcel. This gives you information on how to contact them, so you can arrange to collect your parcel, or to have your parcel redelivered at a time convenient to you.

Your parcel will be held at your local post office depot for a period of 7 days.

Should you not collect your parcel within 7 days it will be returned to VibraFun Products.

Postal charges will then be applied again should the product need redelivery at no cost to VibraFun Products.

If my product is faulty can I return it?
If your product is faulty we will exchange the product or refund your money in full, as long as returned with an invoice as proof of purchase and a description of the fault. This must be initiated within 14 days of purchase date. Please ensure that as this product is battery operated you use new batteries and the type stated on the packaging. Ensure they are fitted correctly, to confirm the product is faulty before you return it. All returned items are checked for quality and the functions tested for the described reason for return before any replacement or refunds are issued. We will also refund the postage cost of returning any faulty products.

We will not refund for any product that has be tampered with in any way.

Should the product become faulty through damage, misuse, abuse, the warranty will become void.

Any product returned within 14 days of purchase can be either exchanged or refunded. Any product returned after the 14 day period can only be exchanged.

What if I just simply want to cancel my order?
We offer no nonsense returns policy.

You have the right by law to cancel any order within 14 days of purchase date

If you cancel your order and goods have already been dispatched you will have to return goods at cost to yourselves.

If goods are not faulty or defective simply return them to us within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Please inform us if you intend to return the product, giving order invoice no.

Send item to us with original sales invoice. All returned goods will be required to meet the following conditions before any refunds are issued:

Products must be returned in their original unopened packaging, as new and unused, and in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase.

In the event of the order being cancelled a refund will be issued less the original postage costs and a £2.50 admin and handling charge.

How should I return any Goods to you?
The best way is by royal mail recorded delivery.

Returned goods shall be packaged in such a way that will ensure they arrive back to us in good and undamaged condition.

As stated above, we recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage from the post office.

VibraFun Products accepts no liability or responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Will I get a full refund?
As long as the returned product meets these conditions we will process your refund within 14 days.

When the goods are received back to VibraFun products in their new and original condition a refund will be given less the postage costs to deliver to you.

Please note that postage costs on goods returned that have no faults or defects are non refundable

Under no circumstances will we refund on any non-faulty product that has been opened or used.

Are there any extra charges or costs made to me when I make a purchase?

All prices displayed on this web site are the total you will pay for the product, but do not include the postage costs, which will be calculated on completion of your order.

These prices include VAT for UK residents.

Can I buy from this site from outside the UK?

Yes you can but we suggest you contact us, giving your shipping destination and we will then confirm this with you.

Please note any purchases made from outside the UK may be subject to the destination countries Tax System, and will be the responsibility of the customers.

All prices within the UK are in Pounds Sterling. Purchases made from outside the UK will be subject to exchange rate conversion at the destination country’s exchange rate and applied by your credit card company.
