Orders

It is the responsibility of any individual placing an order on this web site to ensure all details, including the item required, quantity ordered and delivery address are correct, when completing a purchase from the Vibrafun website. Vibrafun products accepts no liability for delays or incorrect orders, as a result of misinformation during the checkout process.

Orders dispatched will be delivered to the cardholders billing address only. All payment details will be verified via our secure payment system before goods are dispatched. Upon completion of any purchase or transaction, a receipt of order and an order reference number will be emailed to you. This reference number should be used with any future correspondence that relates to your purchase. All card purchases made from Vibrafun Products will show a charge to Jelmar Enterprises to ensure discretion on your purchase.

European Consumer Protection Regulations give you the right to cancel an order. Order cancellations must be received within 14 days of placing your order. Refunds issued to any goods returned that have no faults or defects will less any postage and packaging costs. Orders cancelled after goods have been dispatched will result in a refund being issued less the postage and packaging costs.

All order and payment information will be encrypted via World Pays secure payment system. www.worldpay.com/shopper Credit or debit card details, submitted with online purchase will always be encrypted and never made available to any third party. Vibrafun products will hold no records of credit card details once a transaction is complete. Only the customer product and contact details will be retained, for the purpose of any customer service related issues.

Prices

Prices displayed on this web site are inclusive of UK VAT but do not include shipping costs. Delivery charges will be applied at the rates stated on this site on completion of orders. Purchases made from outside the UK may be subject to the destination countries Tax System, and will be the responsibility of the customers. Prices on this site are shown in Pounds Sterling, US dollars, or Euros. Purchases made from outside the UK, will be subject to exchange rate conversion at the destinations countries exchange rate. This will be calculated and applied by your credit card company.

If you place an order and the product you require is not in stock, we will notify you of this immediately, giving you option to either:

• Wait for the stock to arrive to complete.
• Cancel your order.

Should you choose to wait, you retain the right to cancel your order at any time. No charge will be made to your preferred payment method until such times as your goods are dispatched to you.

Warranty

VibraFun Products offer a 90-Day warranty from date of purchase on any product that is faulty. Any product with a fault returned within 14 days can be either exchanged or refunded. Products with faults after the 14-day period can be returned for exchange but not refunded. The warranty does not apply to failures, defects or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse of the product.

Return of faulty Goods

Faulty products will exchanged or a refunded provided they are returned under the following terms:

If you have a faulty product, you must notify us immediately describing the fault and quoting your order reference number.
Faulty products should be returned to us within 14 days of your purchase date for a refund. Any product returned after 14 days will be exchanged only.
You must include your invoice as proof of purchase, and explain your reasons for returning the product.
We advise you use new and correctly fitted batteries and they are the type as stated on the packaging. Ensure you thoroughly check your product is faulty before you return it.

Returned items will be checked for quality and the faults described by purchaser when returned before any replacement or refund will be issued.

No refunds or replacements will be issued on returned products that we suspect or know have been tampered with in any way.

Should the product become faulty through damage, misuse, or abuse the warranty will become void.

Return of Non Faulty Goods

We trade in accordance with EU directives for online trading. You have the right by law to cancel or return any order within 14 days of purchase date, for exchange or refund.

Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded on such returns. Returns Conditions Please inform us if you intend to return the product, giving order reference number. Return products to us with original sales invoice.

Non-faulty products must be returned at no cost to VibraFun products in their original unopened packaging, as new and unused, and in resalable condition within 21days of purchase.

Please always consider Hygiene and never return a used item.

Under no circumstances will we refund on any non-faulty product that has been opened or used.

Should we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods at cost to you without notice

Returned product that meet these conditions, will be refunded within 21 days.

This refund will be less the postage charges on the original transaction

Please note that postage costs on goods returned that have no faults or defects are non-refundable.

Returns Advice

All returned goods must be packaged in such a way that will ensure they arrive back to us in good and undamaged condition.

VibraFun Products accepts no liability or responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
